About us

A solar partner built to outlast the install

Solar Power Outlet designs and installs solar, battery and commercial energy systems across Australia. We handle the whole job, from first design to the day it switches on, and we stay on for the years after.

Our story

Solar done properly, not sold cheaply

We started Solar Power Outlet to fix what frustrates people about solar: rushed quotes, mystery hardware, and installers who vanish the moment the panels are on the roof.

We come from the supply side of solar, with a background in manufacturing and wholesale, so we know what goes on a roof and why the details matter. That means honest sizing, gear we would put on our own homes, and a written quote with the rebates already worked in. No pressure, no padding, no surprises after you sign.

  1. Design-led sizing

We size to your roof, your shading and how you actually use power, not to a package we are trying to move. The right system beats the biggest one.

  2. Quality gear only

Panels, inverters and batteries we would fit on our own homes, backed by real manufacturer warranties. We would rather quote a fair price than a cheap failure.

  3. Every rebate handled

Federal STCs, state rebates and battery incentives all have rules. We check what you qualify for and manage the paperwork as part of the job.

  4. Support after install

Monitoring from day one and a real point of contact after handover. We are here for warranty questions, output checks and future upgrades.

How we work

One path, one accountable team

The full service under one roof, from the first look at your roof to the years of running after. No hand-offs to a call centre, no surprises on install day.

  1. Step one

    Site analysis

We look at your roof, your shading, your switchboard and your bill, then confirm what your site can carry and which rebates you qualify for.

  2. Step two

    System design

We size the panels, inverter and any battery to how you actually use power and put the layout, the numbers and the rebates in writing.

  3. Step three

    Installation

Accredited installers fit your system to Australian standards, lodge the grid connection, tidy the site, and leave it done properly.

  4. Step four

    Activation

We switch the system on, test it end to end, set up your monitoring app, and walk you through how it all works before we leave.

  5. Step five

    Monitoring

You see your generation and savings from day one, and we keep an eye on output so a quiet panel or inverter never goes unnoticed.

  6. Step six

    Maintenance

One real point of contact for warranty questions, output checks, servicing and future upgrades. We stay on long after handover.

The same team is accountable the whole way. Timelines depend on your site, your network operator and the rebate programs current at install.
